Sheryl Underwood, an American television personality and comedian, is most well-known as anchor on The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl lives in a family that is turbulent. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her sister Frankie who suffered from polio. She had a lot of problems with her mother as she was growing as a teenager. Sheryl states that one time her mother cut her dad for being too close to him. Sheryl was a soldier shortly after graduating from her college. Her passion was comedy. In 1989 she was the first woman to make the top in the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV career as a frequent performer at the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She hosted the television show Oh Drama! in 2000. Since 2011, she has been being a co-host for The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. In addition, she has a fictional role in shows like Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
