Sheryl Underwood, a American television personality and comedian, is best known as the host of The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and raised in Little Rock, Atwater, and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of a very troubled background. Sheryl was raised by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered with the disease of Polio. When she was growing up she had numerous arguments with her mom. Sheryl alleges that, in an instance, her mother knifed her father when he became too intimate with her. Sheryl was a soldier upon her graduation from college. However, her love for comedy was always there. She was the first woman to win the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. Her TV professional career in 1992 when she was a regular performer in the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She hosted the show in 2000. Oh Drama! Oh Drama! Seit 2011, she is co-hosting the Talk show. In addition, she has been a fictional character in shows such as Bulworth Nicki and Beauty Shop.
