Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan better known as Sundar Picha, is an Indian-American business executive. He is the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Alphabet Inc., its subsidiary Google, and was born in Madurai in India.[4Pichai graduated with a master's degree in metallurgical engineering at IIT Kharagpur. After moving to the United States, Pichai earned an M.S. When he moved to America where he completed an M.S. in materials science and engineering at Stanford University. After a brief stint with the management consulting firm McKinsey & Co., Pichai joined Google in 2004 as a product manager. He directed the product management and innovation efforts for a suite of Google's client-facing software such as Google Chrome as well as ChromeOS as well as being the primary person responsible for Google Drive. Pichai also oversaw the development of Google Maps, Gmail, and other apps. In 2010, Pichai also revealed the open-sourcing for the new video codec VP8 created by Google and introduced the new video format, WebM. In 2012 the Chromebook was released. In 2013 Pichai added Android to the catalog of Google products that he managed.
